NCC Community Association Portal
New Castle County has worked with the Recorder of Deeds Michael Kozikowski and State Ombudsman Chris Curtin to develop the Community Association Portal, a web page and application which is a free service enabling access to miscellaneous real estate documents and recorded plans. This free online service improves access to the governing documents of homeowners associations. Homeowners can search for previously recorded documents (as well as the most recent versions of those documents), including Declarations of Maintenance, Maps/Plans, Restrictions, Bylaws and Amendments, and miscellaneous real estate documents. Communities can also update their governing documents.
